Dr. Tim Ebert, M. A.
Business Management Director
Tim has worked as a project developer of renewable energy plants since 2004, having realized
60 wind energy plants, 10 solar power plants and 4 biogas plants with a total capacity of over
110 MW. Furthermore he works as a lawyer specialized in renewable energy law.

In his spare time Tim loves to sail. He has also a personal  interest in European history.

Furthermore he has developed several agricultural biomass activities with a concentration on
the establishment of short rotation coppice for energy wood concepts.

In his spare time Clemens loves to draw and paint. He has also a personal  interest in learning
languages.
Adam Gainsford
Area Manager
Tim studied law and business management in Kiel,
Germany and Guildford, Surrey (UK). He completed
his Doctorate on a subject of corporate finance. His
legal traineeship included stages at the Permanent
Mission of Germany to the UN in New York and at an
international law firm in Dubai.
Clemens completed an agricultural apprenticeship
and training as an agricultural economist. Currently he
is managing two arable farms with a total of 860
hectares in Northern Germany.
Clemens has worked as a project developer of
renewable energy plants since 2004, having realized 9
solar power plants with a total capacity of 1200 kW.
Benedikt Frhr. Raitz v. Frentz

Benedikt studied agronomy in Germany.  In 2001
Benedikt install
ed of his own PV panels. He then
started planning, installing and maintaining domestic  
systems which steadily grew in size to over 300 Kwp.

This experience installing and maintaining PV
installations has kept him at the forefront of the
Michael has studied civil engineering in
Braunschweig, Germany. Hi
s diploma focused on
renewable heating energy and energy efficiency.

During his tenure as manager of the DEHO GmbH in
Germany he developed several renewable heating
projects and solar farms with a total capacity of over 2 MW since 2004.

In his spare time Michael likes to play
the guitar.
Adam studied Farm Business Management in the UK.
He has traveled extensively where he gained a
working knowledge of horticulture, construction and
project management.
He is passionate about conservation, the
environment, and all aspects of socio-economic
sustain ability, particularly in rural areas.

In his spare time A
dam likes to maintain classic British motorcycles and is a keen fisherman.
